Restless Night
Anna had a difficult night. She had a long hard seizure around 3pm Saturday afternoon. It last a total of 40 minutes. She fell asleep until 8 pm and then she was just mad. Louis said that she pulled off her hat that is protecting the wires coming out of the head, pulled out her IV, and was thrashing her arms around. They restrained her arms and gave her some meds, but it didn't help. The doctor was called around 2 am this morning to prescribe something else to help her. The doctor authorized another medicine and Anna fell asleep around 4 am and was still sleeping at 8 am this morning. Please pray that Anna is able to tolerate the wires and protective covers that are keeping her safe. We are also praying that she seizes again today, so that we can move forward with surgery on Wednesday.

I'm sorry to hear that Anna had such a hard night. God must be grooming her to be a great warrior! Hang in there and know that you all are loved very much. Hopefully little Anna will have a better night tonight. You're in our thoughts & prayers.
