Update

Anna tests are coming back with good results from the lab and she is now off the oxygen. She had a rough start to into the nighttime, but has rested well after 1 am, with the help of some medication.

Things that we are watching for today: Anna hasn't really moved her right side. It was expected that the right side would be weak, but should fully regain its strength. Pray that she begins to move her right arm and leg. She peaks at me through her left eye, but not so much with the right one yet. They also hope that she wakes up enough today to take her regular seizure meds that can only be taken orally. 1 of them is being administered via IV, but the other 2 must be by mouth and she is not yet strong enough to swallow. Pray for comfort, pain management (it's hard when she can't tell us, where or what hurts), and that there are no complications or infections. As for now, we are staying in PICU.

Also, please remember Camille. She had a little rough start to the day. She is scared for little sister and misses us all being home. She doesn't understand that we are trying our best to balance our time between the hospital and home.

Blessings,
Rebecca

It's Downy here. FYI: The return email is my husbands.

My prayers are always with you and your family. The provisions that life offers aren't always that of which we would prefer but you know who has the key!!! He's with you every step of the way.
Give Anna and Camille hugs. I will see you soon. Let me know if there is anything I am able to do to assist you all.
