Seizures and Swelling

One day we're up and the next we're down. It is a true roller coaster in the Barkhuizen house these days. Anna had a seizure Tuesday morning and the swelling would increase and decrease. We're not sure if the swelling caused the seizure or not. She has had 4 big seizures since the surgeries. Then she had some drop seizures this morning. Those were almost guaranteed to stop after the surgery on 9/9. Very disappointing. The head surgeon left a message today and said for us to watch her a few more days to see if the swelling decreased anymore. I'll talk to his nurse again this afternoon, since they are unaware of her seizures. I'm sure we have another CT scan in our future.

Please continue to pray that the swelling decreases, seizures stay away, and there is no more surgeries.
