Doctors analyzed the seizure from yesterday and did not see anything significantly different from prior EEG's. Given that it was no different than EEG's in the past, they hate to put her through more testing and reduce her meds any further. She is becoming more and more uncomfortable. At this time, they are unable to recommend any other surgery or treatments. Anna is scheduled to have the EEG wires removed around 11 am and a MRI around 1 pm. The MRI is just a follow up, since it has been over a year since her last brain surgery. After this, we are planning to take her home.
We are fine with these results. God made her perfect just as she is and we are going to focus all of our energy on therapies that will help her reach her highest potential.
